Joyce Ehrlich
Founder
Joyce Ehrlich is a healthcare professional with over twenty-five years of leadership experience in provider and corporate M&A environments. Prior to founding Keap Street Advisors, Joyce was a Vice President at the Marwood Group serving as lead due diligence project manager on numerous acquisitions across many health care sectors. In addition to providing due diligence to investment sponsors, Joyce was instrumental in developing the medical audit and compliance program at the Marwood Group and Farragut Square Group.
As a healthcare professional with an extensive career in academic medicine, Joyce has a proven track record building provider networks, designing, implementing, and integrating clinical and financial information systems, implementing supply chain initiatives, coordinating clinical trials, and clinical service line development.
Joyce has a Master of Public Administration degree from New York University, and a Master of Science degree in Epidemiology from Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health. In addition, Joyce is a Certified Professional Medical Auditor, a Certified Professional Compliance Officer, a Certified Evaluation and Management Auditor, and a Certified Professional Biller.
ALMA GREGORY BAIRD
DIRECTOR, CLINICAL QUALITY MANAGEMENT
Alma is a progressive healthcare executive and registered nurse with extensive consulting, corporate, and clinical management experience.
Her background spans surgical nursing, pharmaceuticals, and medical devices. Alma focuses on clinical quality and routinely works with medical and dental clients to assess and manage risk, assess and improve clinical documentation, and improve clinical service delivery. Alma provides clinical documentation education to providers to mitigate risk and enhance revenue.
Alma’s experience includes surgical consultant at St. Francis Hospital (Heart Center), Executive Director of Perioperative Services at Stamford Hospital, and Director of Perioperative Services at Bon Secours Health System. In addition, Alma has held positions at Ethicon/Johnson and Johnson and Pfizer. She is a graduate of St. Peter’s University.
REBECCA L. ODELL
DIRECTOR, MEDICAL BILLING AND CODING AUDITS
Rebecca L. Odell CPC, CPCO, CPB, CPMA, CPC-I has over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry as a medical and surgical coder and auditor. She holds certifications from the American Academy of Professional Coders (AAPC) in Professional Coding, Compliance, Billing, Auditing, and has been licensed and certified to teach the AAPC curriculum. She is an active member of the New Windsor, NY AAPC chapter where she has held various leadership positions.
Rebecca works with clients performing billing and coding reviews, in addition to supervising a team of coding and auditing specialists. Rebecca works with clients to create ongoing training and education programs for provider platforms.
